I started using the .05% because I asked my dermatologist what she would use for whiteheads or clogged pores. It keeps my skin clear of breakouts, reduces pore size, and helps keep fine lines at bay. I also found it has the added benefit of reducing and/or eliminating age spots. After a year of the .05%, I switched to .1%. I still have part of a tube of .05%, and I switch back to it if the .1 gets too drying.

I`m sure with long term use this produxt could work, but I haven`t seen any immediate results.

I have been using this product for 3 years now and would not trade it for the world. Since I began using it, it keeps my rosacea under control, I haven`t had a single blemish and my skin has remained tight. I also recommended this product to my mother a year ago who has sworn by nothing but dial soap as a daily regiment for her oily skin and she is just as much a fan as I am.
Pros: A little goes a long way. Controls rosacea, reduces blemishes and not oily.
Cons: A bit pricey at $66.00 for a .1 oz tube, but I do use it twice a day and the tube lasts at least 3 months.

I have started to use Avene Retrinal 0.1 cream nightly since a few months ago, and I see the nice change on my face. My face appears less dried and smoother than before. Wearing too much of the product will cause skin to flake or minor irritation.

This product has done nothing for my skin but make it break out like never before. I thought it was retina but it seems to be a poser product. Anyways I do like the firming cream but i paid way to much for nothing. No offense but not worth one star.

I have been using this product for about 5 years and it is one of the few products that provided immediate results. My skin is dry,sensitive and I have acne scars. Avene`s Retrinol 0.1 provides a healthy and smooth look to your face. It is obviously not a miracle drug but I am not plaqued with brown or red spots. I have used many products in the past but this is my favorite. It was also given to me by my dermatologist. I love the convenience of being able to receive it from DermatologistRX.

This is a great product. My wrinkles have improved and my skin feels smooth and glowing.
Iam 61 and my skin is looking better than when I was 50.

I have used this product for 2 years and have never seen a blackhead. The acid is great for the blackheads and whitehead, while the retrinal is great for the comedomes and fine lines. None irritating too!! Make sure to use an antioxidant i.e. Olay Regenerist Serum to keep the new collagen around.
